1. Introduction

Freedom Funding (the “Platform”) provides a simulated trading environment for educational and evaluation purposes.

The Platform is operated by Crossguard Business Services Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus, with registration number HE 456950 and office at Second Floor, Omonoias 13, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Contract”), which govern your relationship with the Company.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
  • You may not use the Platform if you reside in a country listed on UN, EU, or OFAC sanctions lists.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with local laws.

3. Services

We offer simulated demo trading accounts that replicate real market conditions:

  • Challenges involve virtual funds only
  • No real financial transactions or investments
  • No real monetary payouts unless explicitly stated
  • Challenge rules, fees, and criteria are disclosed on the Platform

Our aim is to identify skilled traders, not to provide investment advice.

4. Account Types & Funded Progression

4.1 Challenge Accounts

Challenge Accounts are simulated trading evaluations that assess your trading skill and discipline across one or more stages. These accounts include:

  • Initiate Account – 3-step challenge
  • Seeker Account – 2-step challenge
  • Maverick Account – 1-step challenge

Each account type has unique rules, profit targets, and risk parameters, as outlined in Section 26 and on the Platform.

4.2 Funded Accounts

Upon successfully completing a Challenge and passing full verification, you may become eligible for a Funded Stage account, subject to KYC and Funded Trader Agreement acceptance.

Funded accounts include:

  • Trailblazer Account
  • Liberator Account
  • Visionary Account
  • Tycoon Account
  • Sovereign Account

These accounts are fully simulated but may be monitored, mirrored, or hedged in live environments by the Company at its discretion.

4.3 Simulated Environment

All accounts on the Platform—including Funded accounts—operate in a simulated trading environment. You do not have access to real market capital. The Company may, at its discretion, mirror or hedge your simulated trades using its own capital in live markets.

4.4 Verification Requirements

To access a Funded account or receive payouts, you must complete KYC and compliance checks, including submission of:

  • Valid passport or national ID
  • Proof of residential address
  • Proof of payout account ownership in your name

Sanctions screening may also apply. Third-party payouts are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Fees

All fees paid to participate in Challenges are treated as non-refundable service fees and are not used for live trading.

5. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate personal info.
  • You’re responsible for your login credentials.
  • We’re not responsible for issues caused by your device or internet setup.

6. Payments

  • Fees apply to Challenges and add-ons
  • You will receive an invoice after payment
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated

7. User Portal

Your user portal lets you:

  • Monitor performance
  • Manage your profile
  • Access tools and features

8. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service, but access may be disrupted by maintenance or other issues beyond our control.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Violate these Terms or the law
  • Misuse intellectual property
  • Submit false information
  • Use bots or scripts to manipulate trades
  • Impersonate others
  • Share or sell your login details
  • Exploit platform errors or inefficiencies

11. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel trades due to errors or violations
  • Adjust balances where necessary
  • Limit activity in abnormal conditions
  • Investigate suspected abuse or collusion

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.

13. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to the Company or its licensors.
You’re granted a limited, non-transferable license for Challenge use only.

14. Trade Data

We may access and use your trade data for:

  • Compliance monitoring
  • Feedback
  • Analytics and performance improvement

We may anonymize and use data for research.

15. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Market data accuracy
  • Platform uptime
  • Profitable outcomes

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company for any claims arising from your:

  • Use of the Platform
  • Breach of Terms
  • Misuse of services

17. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in fees.
We’re not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

18. Communication

We may contact you via:

  • Email
  • Platform messaging
  • Your registered contact information

19. Termination

This Contract begins when you register and ends when:

  • Your Challenge ends, or
  • Either party terminates the account

Accounts may be terminated for fraud or rule violations.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

21. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose confidential company information, unless legally required.

22. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Cyberattacks
  • Power outages
  • Government restrictions

23. Assignment

You may not assign this Contract without our written consent.
We may assign rights in the case of sale, merger, or restructuring.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company.

25. Severability

If any part is deemed invalid, the rest remains effective.

26. Payouts & Challenge Rules

Challenge Accounts
  • Profit Target: 10%
  • Maximum Drawdown: 6%
  • Daily Drawdown Limit: 4%
  • Consistency Rule: No consistency Rule
  • Minimum Trading Days: 3
  • Time Limit: No time Limit
  • Minimum Trade Duration: 2 minutes
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days will be closed
  • Payouts: No payout; successful traders progress to the next level after 30 days
  • Profit Split: None
Funded Accounts
  • Payout Profit Target: 10%
  • Level-Up Profit Target: 8%
  • Maximum Drawdown: 6%
  • Daily Drawdown Limit: 4%
  • Minimum Trading Days: 3 profitable days (more than +0.5% of initial account size)
  • Time Limit: No time Limit
  • Minimum Trade Duration: 2 minutes
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days will be closed
  • Payout: After 7 calendar days
  • Minimum Withdrawal: 100USD
  • Maximum Withdrawal: No limit
  • Profit Split: Depends on your level
General Rules & Restrictions

The following are not allowed under any circumstances:

  • High-frequency trading
  • Long/short arbitrage
  • Reverse arbitrage
  • Scalping
  • Copy trading
  • Hedging
  • IP manipulation or proxy use
  • Latency arbitrage or price feed manipulation
  • Martingale strategies
  • Grid strategies
  • Group trading or coordinated strategies
  • Exploiting platform glitches or pricing errors

Permitted:

  • Use of approved Expert Advisors (EAs) with prior risk team approval
  • Weekend position holding
  • Multiple account ownership (if compliant with rules)

27. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises out of this Contract, both parties agree to first resolve it through informal negotiation.

If unresolved after 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in Cyprus, in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAMC) or another recognised arbitration body in Cyprus.

Arbitration will be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding.
